Tokyo Roki (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is committed and determined to be a leader in the production of automotive parts with good quality, safety, environmental protection and consider the importance of energy consumption as it is the duty of all employees to cooperate in energy conservation in order to result in continuous and sustainable development of energy consumption by defining guidelines for carry out energy conservation activities as follows ;
- The company will establish an energy management system as part of the company’s operations.
- The company will set annual energy conservation plans and goals that are appropriate for the company’s energy.
- The company regards energy conservation as the duty and responsibility of all employees at all levels to cooperate in.
- The company will support the allocation of resources, personnel, budget, working time and training for develop energy work.
- The company will continually improve its energy efficiency by continually meeting to review energy policy, targets and plans.

For the company to continue to exist in the future, we have formulated a management strategy aimed at ensuring profits and corporate growth. 1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
We will comply with the laws and regulations of all relevant countries and regions, respect international social norms, strive to conduct fair and appropriate transactions, and strive to maintain confidentiality and protect intellectual property.

2.3) All employees must report any corrupt activities they discover involving the company to the President or a representative designated
by the President without fail. The company will cooperate in the verification process and arrange compliance channels for external parties.
2.4) The company must treat and protect employees who report corruption activities and information fairly including a system for
maintaining the confidentiality of whistleblowers appropriately, even if it may cause disadvantage to the company.
2.5) Directors and executives at all levels must encourage all employees to strictly adhere to the anti-corruption policy and recognize it as
part of the organizational culture.
2.6) The anti-corruption policy also applies to the human resource management process, from recruitment, promotion, training to evaluation.
3. Fair treatment of employees
Based on the employee-first philosophy, we will respect the basic rights of workers fairly and equally, both in Japan and overseas. We will also not discriminate or use forced labor and will respect the rights and freedoms of workers in accordance with labor laws, including the refraining of child labor and human trafficking.Furthermore, we will provide workers with fair employment conditions and an appropriate safe environment with safety facilities. We provide incentives and appropriate benefits programs to improve the quality of workers’ lives, as well as training and opportunities for fair career advancement, depending on the economic situation.
4. Respect for human rights
The company has a human rights policy to provide fair opportunities to all members ranging from directors to middle and junior employees.The company has no to discriminate applicants based on race, religion, sex, age if they have appropriate qualifications and experience for each position. Channels for suggestions and complaints at work are provided to employees and all suggestions will be taken seriously for solutions that are good for everyone and build good relationships at work.
5. Consideration for stakeholders
5.1) We will appropriately share information about our corporate activities with stakeholders and build mutual trust through open and fair communication.
5.2) We will produce and provide safe, high-quality products and services in a safe manner so that we can continue to earn the trust and
satisfaction of our customers.
5.3) We will share these guidelines with stakeholders in order to achieve sustainable business activities in the supply chain.
5.4) We will analyze risks related to our business activities in the supply chain and strive to prevent them and minimize their impact if they do occur.
5.5) Through our corporate activities, we will respect human rights throughout the supply chain and abide by the prohibition of child labor and forced labor.
5.6) When procuring raw materials, we will cooperate with customer surveys* and strive to reduce risks throughout the supply chain.
